A smile is precious and valuable. It turns the hearts of many and softens the hardened hearts. It portrays a different picture of us and covers the hidden wounds. It costs nothing to smile, yet it brings peace, binds relationship, encourages the discouraged and lifts the lowly hearts. Indeed we have a reason to smile!!

Curtain panels can be hung on a variety of different rods and are designed with different looks to work with any decor. Because paneled curtains are rather simple in style,  choosing curtain with unique hanging method can change the look and add a little flair to a room. Have a unique decor necessitates a close review on the curtains you choose.

Positive Attitude

Maintaining a positive lifestyle is vital for long life and total happiness.It's significant to rub off past memories in order to create space for positive memories. Life is how we make it. A positive lifestyle involves maintaining our spiritual relationship with God,surrounding ourselves with good friends, and having a healthy diet. Living life to the full is a decision that each of us have to make in life, we can either choose to be discouraged or encouraged. Therefore, It's a big time we let go of our past and focus on our today !!

Prevention of Body Odor


Perspiring is a normal process that purifies our bodies and purges it of waste. Sweating eliminates toxins from the body, releases skin pores and aids clear the skin. Unfortunately, sweating can result to body odour, which can cramp your lifestyle and esteem and lifestyle. You can only overcome body odor through
·         Change  of diet
·         Using deodorants to musk the smell of perspiration. Deodorants also contain alcohol, which inhibits breeding of bacteria that causes bad odor
·         Showering once or twice a day
·         Detoxification
·         Drying your feet completely before wearing shoes to avoid smelly feet. Cotton socks are preferable because they are absorbent.
·         Shaving your armpits
Still, severe cases of body odour, which may be as a result of underlying diseases, call for medical treatment.

Develop a healthy habit of drinking water


Drinking water is vital for good health and it is the second most important substance for our health after oxygen. To build up this healthy habit:
·         Carry a bottle of water with you as you work, travel or exercise.
·         Purpose to drink a glass of water at specific times throughout the day rather than wait to feel thirsty
·         Add a bit of lime or lemon for flavor if you get bored with the taste of natural water.
·         In addition, persuade your children to drink plenty of  water as they play since they can easily get dehydrated
We can survive without food for approximately 30 to 40 days, but we can hardly any day without water, providing how essential it is for us. Be sure to enhance the amount of water you take daily and work on cultivating the habit of drinking water.
