Prevention of Body Odor


Perspiring is a normal process that purifies our bodies and purges it of waste. Sweating eliminates toxins from the body, releases skin pores and aids clear the skin. Unfortunately, sweating can result to body odour, which can cramp your lifestyle and esteem and lifestyle. You can only overcome body odor through
·         Change  of diet
·         Using deodorants to musk the smell of perspiration. Deodorants also contain alcohol, which inhibits breeding of bacteria that causes bad odor
·         Showering once or twice a day
·         Detoxification
·         Drying your feet completely before wearing shoes to avoid smelly feet. Cotton socks are preferable because they are absorbent.
·         Shaving your armpits
Still, severe cases of body odour, which may be as a result of underlying diseases, call for medical treatment.

Develop a healthy habit of drinking water


Drinking water is vital for good health and it is the second most important substance for our health after oxygen. To build up this healthy habit:
·         Carry a bottle of water with you as you work, travel or exercise.
·         Purpose to drink a glass of water at specific times throughout the day rather than wait to feel thirsty
·         Add a bit of lime or lemon for flavor if you get bored with the taste of natural water.
·         In addition, persuade your children to drink plenty of  water as they play since they can easily get dehydrated
We can survive without food for approximately 30 to 40 days, but we can hardly any day without water, providing how essential it is for us. Be sure to enhance the amount of water you take daily and work on cultivating the habit of drinking water.
